GraceHeart Sound owner, Rick Edwards, has been in studio music production since 1983 -
Our studio is our passion – In 2002 my wife Patti and I opened GraceHeart Sound in the Fort Worth, Texas area. In 2012 we relocated the studio to its present location in the mountains of north Alabama. We are just outside of the little country town of Hayden, AL. Our location is forty-five minutes north of Birmingham, AL, and just over two hours south of the Country Music Capital of the world, Nashville, TN.
GraceHeart Sound is a Project Studio – We provide Mixing and Mastering of multi-track audio projects for our clients. We receive the client’s audio files via the standard on-line upload/download process and deliver the Mixed and/or Mastered files to our clients via this same method. We do not offer on-site visits to our studio due to it being located on our private home property. All communication is accomplished via phone and e-mail.
We’re here to help – Music artists often begin their recording project in their home studios and just need some help taking them to the finish line. Our studio acoustics are professionally tuned to provide the perfect room for accurate mixing and mastering of your project.
Studio Equipment/Gear – All projects are completed on our custom computer utilizing an Intel i9 processor, 128 gb ram, and SSD m.2 nvme drive systems. We use Pro Tools and Studio One DAW software, depending on the project. Our mastering software is Steinberg’s Wavelab Pro. We are a hybrid analog/digital studio utilizing industry standard hardware analog audio processors, from makers such as Solid State Logic and Universal Audio, and the same digital Plugins used in the legendary studios in Nashville, New York and LA.
